The Body Lab Method has been an excellent addition to my repertoire of workout go to's. It has quickly risen to the top of my choices due to the amazing variety of classes available. The online platform is very easy to navigate and it is truly beautiful to look at. Tara and Liana are art in motion. They come from a background of Dance and have continued to enhance their professional training with Yoga and Pilates Certification. Their love for movement and wellness is clearly showcased on their platform. Do not let the fact that these ladies are dancers sway your decision to try these classes. The classes are for everyone and every age! I am 60+ and thoroughly enjoy them all. My balance and flexibility has improved since beginning these classes.

I’m loving the Body Lab program! I don’t have a lot of time so their 30 minute or less workouts are really great for my busy lifestyle. Not one class is the same which keeps me engaged & challenged. Liana & Tara both provide excellent feedback and corrections during the classes so it feels like you’re in person. During this extended time away from the stage and studio it was difficult and often overwhelming to find ways to stay connected to my body and keep training. The logistics of doing a full ballet class at home is just not possible so I was thrilled to find the body lab method. The ladies are so knowledgeable and you can follow along to any class at a pace that still gets you moving. I appreciate the variety of classes they offer and trust that they have put their extensive background into formatting the workouts. The body lab taught me the importance of making movement a fun and effective part of my daily routine. The workouts have not only challenged my physical strength, but also my mental strength through training my mind to muscle connection. This program is unlike any other with such a wide variety of class styles including pilates, yoga, barre and so much more! The classes also range from 10-50 minutes making it easy to fit a session into your personal schedule. I really loved the emphasis on the importance of resting and active recovery that the body lab provides through having stretch and meditation classes. These classes are great for improving flexibility and clearing the mind through breath work! The body lab is truly the perfect program for everybody and I can’t wait to continue training from these amazing instructors!
